Carbon Unbound USA

Published on
October 26, 2023

In May 2024, our team was in New York, attending Carbon Unbound USA.

It was great to see Rob van Straten discussing CDR projects and the necessity to finance the building of DAC facilities during a session hosted by Jason Hochman from Direct Air Capture Coalition on the main stage.

Our VP of Strategy for North America, Elena Nikonova, also hosted a campfire session, where insights on the combination of DAC and CCUS as well as how we stimulate CCS projects were shared.

The event was an opportunity to shape and develop future thinking of the industry and to meet others in the industry who are equally committed to achieving our globally shared climate goals.
