Our process

Though the recruitment process may vary depending on the role, here’s what you can generally expect.

Job application submitted

After submitting your application, our recruitment team will take a look at your skills and experience and see if you’re suitable for the role.

On average, we process each application within two weeks, but in some cases it could take longer – so don’t worry if it’s taking some time. We know it’s not fun to wait for an update during this process, but just know that we’re doing our best to review all applications carefully and will get back to you as soon as possible.

First interview -
we’d like to meet you

If you are selected to advance in the process, one of our recruiters will reach out to you to arrange a call. This call is normally done via a video meeting so that we can have a chat with you and discuss more about the role you've applied for, as well as what it's like to work at Skytree.

This call aims to evaluate your interest and your ability to do the roles day-to-day work.

If you’re successful, you’ll have your first interview and meet your potential manager. This is the time for you to learn even more about the role and for us to better understand your professional experience and skill set.

Second interview -
let’s have a panel

After your first interview comes the second interview.

Usually this is a panel interview (virtual or in our office, depending on your location).

The panel will consist of several of your potential team members. Here, we obtain a well-rounded perspective on you, as well as assess your compatibility with the team and Skytree.

If the interviews are successful, then good news – we’re ready to make you a job offer.

If you’re not selected, we’ll provide you with some helpful feedback as soon as possible.
