London Climate Tech Show 2023

Published on
September 14, 2023

Skytree presented on the topic of Solutions for a Net-Zero Future: Overcoming Challenges and Driving Innovation on September 27th, 2023.

We had the pleasure to take part in an insightful discussion on "Solutions for a Net-Zero Future: Overcoming Challenges and Driving Innovation" at the London Climate Technology Show, sharing the stage with some incredible minds across a wide variety of industries:

  • Celestine Cheong | UK Atomic Energy Authority
  • Robert Blamire | Accenture
  • Julia Pallé | Formula E
  • Ian Riley | World Cement Association

The session drew the attention of an inquisitive audience and we received numerous thought-provoking questions on Direct Air Capture (DAC) and how it fits into the global net-zero initiative.

We hope to continue the string of thought-provoking dialogues about combatting climate change during our upcoming events.

First results of the trial with Skytree’s Cumulus at the Bleiswijk Innovation Center

Kas als Energiebron has published the first results from Skytree's Cumulus trial at Bleiswijk Innovation Center and they match the industry's standard OCAP Pipeline System.

The unit has captured and supplied over 1,660 kg of CO₂ to cucumbers over 166 days. These are promising results for the future of DAC in Dutch greenhouse horticulture.
